No I don't believe or think Henry VIII Smoked !!!Sir francis drake did not bring back tobacco until Queen Elizibeth the first was in rein. SO no he did not smoke!
When King Henry VIII ruled, the allies of England varied greatly, coming and going throughout his rein. Once Henry broke from the Catholic Church, he lost many long-time allies of England. The Holy Roman Empire, along with France, were two countries England stressed becoming ally or enemy with.
Henry VIII started it. In his fight with the Pope over his divorce of Katherine he cut himself off from the Catholic church and made the Church illegal in England. He began the Church of England and started to take the church properties from the Catholic church and close churches. He had churches destroyed, arrested clergy, and took church property. Thus, the Protestant Reformation was begun under his rein. Anne Boleyn added to it by pushing Henry to keep up his fight with the church and published articles against the church. They were enable to enrich the Crown with the goods and property of the Catholic church.
Edward v1 was the first child of Henry viii to reign. - No, in fact, it was Edward VI, Henry's son with Jane Seymour. Edward I or Edward Longshanks reigned from 1272 to 1307. He was the son of Henry III. I didnt mention anything about the son of Henry III i put son of Henry VIII which makes my answer correct. The first first child of Henry VIII to rule was Edward VI
Queen Elizabeth and reined from 1559 to 1603 and then because she had no children the rein of the stuarts began! Henry VII, Henry VIII, Mary, and Edward all reined sometime in the 16th century though but Elizabeth was probably the best ruler.
a few hundred chavs
Henry VIII had quite a lot of power because he was head of the church of England and all kings are supposed to be born with power and you might not think it but Churches had more power than Kings or Queens and i think still do I'm not sure though
