Which one? There are several, though I fear none are likely to have much in the way of readily-available population figures for either 1881 or 1891. All were small: even the cluster of Norwoods in south London probably wouldn't have had much over 20,000 though it's hard to be sure as it's divided to this day between four boroughs. Norwood in Middlesex had about 8,500 including Southall.
