Well. Black Death was a terrible disease that spread throughout Europe in the Middle Ages. It killed around 1/2 of the population. The positive effects of this was 1. Feudalism Declined - There was no use for Fuedalism anymore in the High Middle Ages. 1000 - 1450 C.E. About. 2. And that was the time of the rise of the middle class.

∙ 13y agoWell, the positives were only really for the peasants that didn't have it.. Obviously! ( the others either had the black death or were grieving friends and family! ) Prices dropped on animals. They worked less and got paid more. Workers got four times more pay. Peasants got more food as the sick were too ill to eat. The negatives were: half the people in London died. Some doctors would refuse to see the ill patients in fear of catching this terrible disease! Priests died and the new priests that replaced them had either little or no education. Hope this helps x
