Best Answer

Louis Spandau wanted to show off and impress people. Not only just the woman. He was also know as King Louis 14th. His desire for turnout was to show off his ankles while having fun and impressing people. He also had the first Ballet school in the world. It was located in Russia if I remember right. He died, living a very good life with his family and owning the title of the one to invent ballet and build the first ballet school in the world.
