Actually Eve has fallen before she ate the forbidden fruit when she began listening and became sympathetic to the words of the serpent. The whisper of Satan had opened the realm and dimension of Eve's thinking to doubt God. Eve was trapped and she was possessed by her own curiosity to believe lies, and live in the world of make believe.
It caused the fall. Eden was perfect before they disobeyed.

You have actually answered your own question. Before Adam and Eve were placed in the Garden of Eden they were commanded not to partake of the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil, for if they did so they would surly die. However the Lord gave them the opportunity to choose for themselves. In saying so He turned their disobedience into a transgression rather than a sin. If I were to give it a name I would call it "Disobedience for a purpose".
It was Cain as Abel was killed.
Their disobedience in the Garden of eden.
Nobody can really tell the true answer here.
In the story of Adam and Eve, the first act of disobedience committed by Eve was eating the fruit of the tree that God had commanded her not to eat from, due to Eve being tricked by the serpent. The first act of disobedience by Adam was eating the fruit that was offered to him by Eve.
Eve's role in the Bible is Adam's wife and the first woman on earth. RAWR !! ^_^ hehe
Genesis 3:1-6 tells us that Eve's sin was disobedience. She knowingly disobeyed God's direct command (Genesis 2:16+17).
