Noah sacrificed clean birds and animals to god.
Noah sacrifice himself to save the living animals and human beings therefore god told him to make an ark because there was a flood
Supposedly, the first law in the bible was made by God, and given to Noah. It was the one where they couldn't eat meat which still had the animal's blood in it, or he/she would suffer consequences. It was given after the flood talked of in the bible, when noah offered a sacrifice to God.
He would not flood the world again with water
For the length of time they were on the Ark, many prayers would have been offered for their safety. It is not doubt that much fasting was also done as the two are in accordance with giving thanks to God for their safety.
God made a covenant with Noah by promising not to flood the world again
Noah took clean and unclean animals because God told him to, and Noah had strong faith in God(Genesis 6:9 + 7:2). Noah used the 'clean' animals for the purpose of sacrifice to God(Genesis 8:20) (Leviticus 1:10)(Leviticus 1:14)(Leviticus 17:11)
After the flood, God made a covenant with Noah, promising to never again destroy the earth with a flood. God also instructed Noah to be fruitful and multiply, and to fill the earth.
The rainbow.
Am not Yes. When God made the flood, everyone but Noah and his family perished. You'd have to be a decendant of Noah because there was no one else left in the world.
The covenant with Noah was made as a promise to never again destroy the earth with a flood. It was a sign of God's mercy and grace towards humanity, despite human sinfulness.
The ark was the way of salvation (from the flood) for Noah and his family. This was the only way Noah and his family would escape God's judgment. God communicated to Noah exact instructions to build the ark. Noah acted in faith and built the ark. God's way of salvation is specific today = the death of His son as a sacrifice for sin. This is the only way of salvation from the judgment that is coming. People accept this by faith.
it was a promise made by God to not destroy life again by flood.
Im pretty sur eth efirst covenant with God was God's convenant with NOah. When God flooded the earth he made a covenant with Noah and promised to never flood the earth again. The rainbow is the sign of this covenant!
