The original yacht True Love was an Alden Marabal VII Schooner. It was used in an old movie filmed in the 1950's with Bing Crosby and is still actively sailing out of St Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Last heard of in Saphire Bay and supposed to be available for charter in the near future if not already. We were in St Thomas in March of 2009, and we were told at Sapphire Marina that True Love has moved to a Lake in upstate New York. She was beautifully restored a few years ago and is a fine vessel. We enjoyed may sails aboard and were thrilled to take the helm for most of a day. By the way, I believe the correct term is Alden "Malabar" VII schooner. BB, Westminster, CO.
