Answer:Eve. The rest of creation was complete, all of the animals had been created and named. Eve was the last thing to be created by God.

Genesis 2:18 (KJV) And the LORD God said, It isnot good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Genesis 2:19 (KJV) And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Genesis 2:20 (KJV) And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

Genesis 2:21 (KJV) And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Genesis 2:22 (KJV) And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Genesis 2:23 (KJV) And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

One ViewAccording to The Bible, on the sixth day, God created mankind and livestock (or animals that live on land). On the seventh day He rested. Another View:Some think God created the Universe in the beginning and then stopped creating. Others believe God is still creating. The Christian Bible mentions Adam and Eve as the last thing God created and doesn't really mention his "creating" anything else but that doesn't necessarily mean he hasn't created anything since. Of course other religions have other things to say about how God/Goddess or higher power created and continues to create. AnswerAccording to the Genesis account of creation, the last thing God created was woman. For, even though she was 'taken out of man' this surely was done by God as a creative operation. The rest of Day 7 was a rest of completion, not a rest of tiredness. So, both from the silence of scripture and from the repeated references to the original creation both in terms of it being complete and perfect it can be sensibly inferred that no more creative acts either occurred or were necessary.

It must be remembered that as part of the original creation DNA was created to enable plants and animals to reproduce 'after their kind'. Since this also included the ability to adapt to varying environments, no further creation was necessary.

On a completely different plane, the new birth, when a person becomes a 'new creature' in Christ - this is every single time the creation of new spiritual life, where previously there was spiritual darkness and death. Believers are thus said to be a 'new creation' in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). So, the last thing God created was the last new believer, only moments ago whenever this is read, and very many from the time this was first entered into the computer.

Answer

The last thing God created was woman. He has finished his creation (the act of making)but his creation isn't finished (it isn't the end result...yet). After he has proved to all of the angels that life can not exist without him as ruler then he will direct the final aspects of the universe which is perfection. The whole point of the bible is that a question was raised in heaven and now God needs to answer that question through proof. That question was made by Satan in front of all the angels which is why God couldn't ignore it. It is also why there is so much misery and suffering in the world at the moment. The question hasn't been proved yet! So what is the question? It is this: "Why should you (God) be the ruler?" It is a simple question but look at the effect it has had on man.

from Genesis 1, (New International Version)--

24 And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground." 27 So God created man in his own image,

in the image of God he created him;

male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." 29 Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-everything that has the breath of life in it-I give every green plant for food." And it was so. 31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day. Man

Answer:

Commonly called the Creation 'week' of seven days, after God created Man on the sixth day, He set aside the seventh day for a 'rest' or Sabbath:

Genesis 2:1-3New King James Version (NKJV)

2 Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. 2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
