Ramesses II, or Ramses the Great is the most popularly known Egyptian pharaoh. He ruled from 1279 to 1213 B.C.
The name of the Pharaoh during Moses' time was Ramses II.
Ramses II ruled Egypt from 1279BC - 1213BC. He ruled for 66 years, and in that time had several wives, 48-50 sons, 40-53 daughters and was the first Pharoah of the 19th Dynasty. He was also Pharoah during the time of the Jewish Exodus from Egypt, led by Moses.

Secondly, Pharaoh is a title and the Pharaoh at the time of Moses' youth was not the same Pharaoh (presumably Ramses) when Moses came to request his people's emancipation.
