Firstly, although Pharaoh's daughter found Moses and raised him, she was not his mother. Secondly, Pharaoh is a title and the Pharaoh at the time of Moses' youth was not the same Pharaoh (presumably Ramses) when Moses came to request his people's emancipation. As Answer 1 notes, this part is in Exodus Chapter 4.
