The Treaty of Ghent was signed in Ghent Belgium on December 24, 1814. They decided on a 'status quo ante bellum', which means that things go back to how they were before the war. Borders and imprisonment was later solved in 1818.

Great Britain and the United States agreed to share the Oregon Country in 1818 through the Treaty of 1818. This treaty allowed for joint occupation of the territory by both nations until a permanent solution could be reached.
Oregan
Michigan was not a part of the Treaty of 1818. Parts of North Dakota and Minnesota and small portions of South Dakota and Montana were ceded to the United States by Great Britain in the Treaty of 1818. All of the area known as Rupert's Land which was located south of the 49th parallel and west to the Rocky Mountains was ceded to the US.
The Oregon Treaty of 1846 established the 49th parallel as the northern boundary between the United States and British North America (Canada), from the Rocky Mountains to the Strait of Georgia. This treaty resolved territorial disputes between the two countries in the Pacific Northwest.
Oregon and Texas
Reference to a 1946 Washington Treaty cannot be found. Perhaps you are referring to the Oregon Treaty, which was signed in Washington, D.C. on June 15, 1846. The Treaty of Oregan ended the boundary dispute concerning the Oregon Country, which had been occupied by Britain and US since the Treaty of 1818.
The Treaty of 1818 transferred the Red River valley of North Dakota (about one quarter of the present-day state) from the British to the United States and placed the boundary on the 49th parallel. Known as the Pembina Territory, it later became part of the Minnesota and Dakota Territories.
