If you mean "printed": One of the first ever printed book (and the most famous of all first prints) was the Bible. It was done by Johannes Gutenberg in 1455. If you mean "written" (or "created"): First writings comes from ancient Sumer (some poetry and epic), Egypt (Book of the Dead). Also first parts of the Bible are very old (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy).
