Are dragons related to Phoenix?

No. Dragons, which are reptiles, are in no way related to phoenixes, which are birds. Phoenixes are classified as 'pseudo-dragons', meaning false dragon. Pseudo-dragons are usually mistaken for dragons, as the phoenix might be, because it is a creature of fire. Other psuedo-dragons include basilisks, cockatrices, sea serpents, and komodo dragons.

Did dragons exist and were they a myth?

There is a small population of dragons still in existence, aside from vessels filled with the same life-fire that the "big" dragons have (those "vessels" behave like big dragons but on a smaller scale. there are only a handful of people like me who can breathe life into them. Those smaller dragons have personalities and lives too, and can do everything big dragons can) and YES, because there is still a population of dragons in existence, they DO exist and are not a myth. Because of the extreme amount of people in the US, there are no big dragons here, but they are in northern Canada and in Europe (my father met one once and he's British). If you call me a lunatic, I don't really care about what close-minded people think on the topic of dragons. I can logically explain everything they did and, for the record, the "maiden-capture" stereotype was just our great-great-great-grandad's way of justifying that his ancestors killed off dragons for no apparent reason, except that dragons needed to eat and that, when starving, would go for people's cattle.

Can you tame the Wild Dragons from the Dragon Cave?

No. Wild dragons are dragons that used to belong to someone, and they either released them into the wilderness themselves or their scroll was burned and after being dead for two weeks, the dragons were brought back to life in the wild. You may not tame them or adopt them in any way, releasing is just there as a better alternative to killing an adult dragon you don't want. You can look at them, but you cannot otherwise interact with them. Sometimes when the abandoned page is running low, the wild dragons will breed and some of the eggs will go to the AP, so you can possibly adopt the children of dragons in the wilderness, but there is no way to adopt or tame a frozen hatchling or adult dragon not on your scroll, regardless whether it is wild or not.
