Well Tokio Hotel's first album was Schrei 25 November (2005)Their first album as Tokio Hotel was 'Schrei' but before they Tokio Hotel, they were Devilish. Under the name Devilish they had a self-titled CD.
In an interview, Bill Kaulitz said they all liked big cities--Tokyo, spelt Tokio in German, and they were always on the road, staying in hotels. I can't remember where it was but if you search youtube you'll probably find the interview. It was basically a summary of their journey.
Sorry, my fault, Schrei was their first CD, Zimmer 483 which means "room 483" in German was their second. that's kind of explains how they got their band name. they were first named "Devilish"
