1.Mesopotamia was surrounded by two rivers while Greece was surrounded by seas. 2.Greece had many islands and it was a peninsula, but Mesopotamia had no islands and wasn't a peninsula...This is an accurate acswer from my History Textbook...You are welcome lazies!
