to me i wouldn't say it is best to buy used items from eBay. you cant trust every used item. some things wont work for long and some things are broken that they sell to you. eBay is a good website to buy things from but to me buying brand new things from there is the best. the new things will be cheap. if you want to buy used things just be careful that they aunt selling you broken things or things that will break soon.
