The Crusaders used arming swords, daggers, battle axes, spears, lances (on horseback), javelins, bows, battering rams, ladders to scale walls, basically standard early to mid Medieval weaponry and siege equipment used right up until the 15th to 16th centuries in some places.
Armour consisted of Norman-style nasal helmets, chainmail hauberks (shirt), chausses (chainmail leggings) and kite shields which would later develop into a shorter form for mounted knights called the heater shield.
It should be noted that many of the Crusaders were reportedly without any weapons or armour, most likely because they were poorer peasants influenced more by religious fervor than their better armed and armoured knightly counterparts who wanted to win land and gain riches and fame.
Hope that helps.
