The top speed of a custom Harley Davidson Deuce can vary from model to model, and roadside conditions. Therefore it is difficult to place a true top speed to the model. However, traditionally the Deuce is powered by a Twin Cam 96B engine with 6-speed transmission, with about 89.8 torque at 2750 RPM, which is a considerably good engine.
Can't do it. The engine and transmission cases are different from 2002 to 2007. You would have to buy a cassette kit or complete transmission to upgrade your 2002 to a 6 speed.
Harley-Davidson has programmed a 110 mph speed limiter into the factory computer. I have yet to find a way around this problem but I have faith in the aftermarket.
