On a website I found, it says that 90% of his predictions are historically accurate
Some have interpreted Nostradamus's work to point to the theory that the world would end on December 31, 2012. This prediction is based off an ancient Mayan calendar.

No, this is another internet myth. Many "predictions" attributed to Nostradamus are things he never said or wrote. It should also be noted that whenever there is a national tragedy of some sort, there is a tendency on the part of certain people to seek out a writer or philosopher who allegedly predicted it. But in this case, no such prediction exists in the writings of Nostradamus.
His prediction was that the world was going to end in 2012, due to world war III. But another prediction was that the third antichrist by the name of Mabus was going to become in power in the middle east. But the thing is, is that Mabus=sudaM backwards and sudam is another name for Saddam Hussein. -Allie Parker
a nostradumus prediction says a bird would crash into a structure.. oddly enough it may be a 9/11 reference.
Jim O'neill predicted that by 2050, Pakistan would have the 18th largest economy with a GDP of about US$ 3.33 trillion.
Nostradamus never actually made such a prediction. In fact, the quote that is attributed to him in modern culture is the following quote: On the 11th day of the 9 month, two metal birds will crash into two tall statues in the new city, and the world will end soon after. The reality is that Nostradamus never made this quote. This quote actually comes from another source who was, ironically, trying to explain the "Nostradamus effect" to other people by giving a random and ambiguous quote and showing how it could be applied to seemingly important events and appear to be a genuine "prediction" when in reality, it was pretty randomly concocted. The quote in question was written in 1997 by Neil Marshall who was a student attempting to debunk the "prophecy" of Nostradamus by using the same type of vague wording and phrasing to show the fallacy of such predictions. It's not Nostradamus' quote. He never made such a statement, therefore no year can be given for the quote. The quote simply doesn't exist.
