There are many holiday traditions in the Western world. For instance, during Halloween, one would dress up in a costume and knock on his/her's neighbor's doors for candy. Also, during Thanksgiving, one would spend time with his/her family and have a big dinner while being thankful for his/her blessings. Lastly, during Christmas, one would buy gifts for his/her family and friends and wrap the gifts in wrapping paper, then put them under the Christmas tree to be opened on Christmas day. These are just a few holiday traditions in the Western world.
Bank of America does not offer savings accounts especially for Christmas gifts, but you are free to open as many accounts as you would like and you can name them accordingly.
I would infer that they do if they were to be a Christmas believer but if you were to have a Jewish librarian.. I would say not.

A lot of this depends on where you live as the practice of giving gifts during Channukah exists pretty much only in the US and Canada and even then, a lot of people give small token gifts if at all. Before you buy anything, you might want to check with her parents to find out what their family normally does during Channukah. If they do give gifts, something similar to what you might get her for a birthday present would most likely be appropriate. There is no symbolism in giving gifts during Channukah.
