almost 3,000 people were killed, not only because the tower, which fell down and not over, but they also died from the toxic gases that they breathed in. A lot of firemen, police, and workers in the twin tower also died because the firemen were trying to help the workers get out the bulding,same thing with the policemen, and the workers died because some people didn't get out on time, and the firemen and policemen did the same thing because they were trying to get the workers out the building, but they were too late because one of the twin towers was already coming down, so it was too late, and that twin tower that was coming down, they were in it, everybody was running holding their noses and covering their mouths so they made sure they weren't breathing in the toxic gases that could kill them, so almost 3,000 people were killed and some of those people were only hurt, from that day on 9/11 has been the anniversary of the dear missed firemen,policeme,and workers.9/11 was one of the worst days in America's whole history.
