Conjoined twins Ronnie and Donnie Galyon from Ohio, are the oldest who will be 67 in 2018.

Prior to that, Chang and Eng Bunker were the longest lived known conjoined twins born in Siam (hence, the term) who became naturalized U.S. citizens in North Carolina. They lived to be almost 63 years of age.
