Native American is not a language. It's an ethinicity like white, black, east Asian, etc... There are many Native American tribes with their own distinct language or dialect.

Much depended on the tribes. For some, there was sympathy for the black slaves who they believed were being taken advantage of much like they were by the Anglo-Americans.
