Environmental advantages/positives: the ash from the fires digs into the soil and creates some kind of bacteria that help baby trees to grow. Everyday life advantages/positives: The ACT/NSW fires helped to bring the publics attention to natural disaster that happen around the area that they live! Some of the partly burnt wood, also was used to heat poorly heated homes, and to make new furniture.
