If you are referring to the account of Daniel in the Jewish Talmud and Old Testament of the standard version of the Christian Bible, the words were: "mene, mene, tekel, parsin".
They mean, loosely: "Your reign is coming to an end because you have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Your kingdom will fall and be given to the Medes and Persians." Dan. 5:25-26.
