What wild life does Chile have?

Since I live in Chile, I know a lot of things about the animals here. In some parts of Where I live, you can walk out side and colorfull wild parrots are flying around. There are many alpacas and mountain goats in the Andes also. Chiles national animal is the Huemul, an endemic South American deer, since it is found in only Chile and Argentina. It is endangered. There are many penguins in the hot and cold parts of Chile. You might be surprised that we have stray horses roaming around the streets. Once my mother and I amlost ran over one. There are also many Spiders and tarantulas here, but most of them are harmless. Once we found a tarantula in our pool cover! One that isn't harmless is the "Rincon Spider." They are found in dark places and corners. I have to say, Chile does have amazing animals.
