What will GOD use to judge mankind on the judgment day?

There are several judgement days in The Bible, assuming your question is concerning the final judgement, the judgement of the great white throne: Revelation 20:10-15 - "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."

In passage we see that there are "the books" and another book - "the book of life", so that whosoever is not found in the book of life is judged according to their works, that are recorded in the books and all without acception are found guilty and condemned to the lake of fire. Those that are judged here, are not judged to determine whether they are guilty or not, but the degree of guilt "according to their works"- Galatians 2:16 "for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.", Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" So what is in the books? - everything, to the smallest detail, every word - Matthew 12:36 - "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment." Every secret - Romans 2:16 "In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel." Every thought and intention - Hebrews 4:12-13 - "For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account." It is as though we live under total surveillance, where every second of our lives, every private detail is recorded and stored in the central computer, and then one day all that information becomes public. Luke 12:2-3 - "Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the housetops."
