He will not be King Of England.
The political structure of the British Isles has changed several times through history with a consequent change to the title of the monarch.
There has not been a King (or Queen) of England for over 300 years.
At present the monarch (Queen Elizabeth II) is Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - NOT Queen of England.
