Whole goats milk, fed to it via a fine tip paint brush. I feed my orphans every 2 hours around the clock, until they're full (They'll stop accepting the paint brush). Make sure you test the temperature of the milk first! It's hard work, but can very rewarding. Around 75% of hand raised babies will die, though, especially if you're inexperienced.
If you can, it's better to find a surrogate mouse mum with babies around the same age.
