When you say burger, it seems like a lot of people are assuming you mean a burger or sandwich from a fast food chain, which is bad because fast food restaurants add a lot of fat and sugar to their ingredients to make it taste "better". So, if you must eat burgers and Sandwiches all the time, you should make sure that the ingredients have the minimum amount of fat and chemicals. The classic burger would have a beef patty in it, unfortunately beef can be dangerous if you eat too much. When you're young, your body has no problems digesting red meat, but once you get a little older, your intestines have a little more trouble digesting enormous amounts of red meat, and you could potentially get cancer. So balance out your burgers and sandwiches, by adding a lot of vegetables, and juggling beef with chicken or fish. Sometimes, just cut out meat all together, and you will be fine
