Accumulation of brake dust, or brake pads that are nearing the end of their service life.
Wear indicators on brake pads
Alot of cars have whats called a squealer on the front brakes . . . it makes the brakes squeal when you use them. . . if it doesn't then a good indicator is grinding cause that's telling you that the brake pads have wore down to nothing.
If the brake pads come with shims or other anti-rattle hardware and it is not used on the vehicle, the brake pads will vibrate against the rotor as they are being applied and that will cause them to squeal.
Possible worn out brakes
My 92 Silverado right front brake sticking why
A loose or glazed "fan belt" is a very common cause of squealing. A quieter squeal is produced by brake linings that are almost worn through.
It may be your CV joints
Front emergency brake? Do you mean a frozen cable? If front brake is locked may be a frozen caliper Emergency brake tied to rear brakes only
LOW AIR PRESSURE IN YOUR TIRES loose accessory belts such as alternator can squeal
It sounds like you have a belt that slips when you take off. This will cause a high pitched squeal.
The caliper could be hanging up. Or your right front brake line could be coming apart or kinked. that will cause it to pull left.
The anti squeal shims might not be fitted behind the brake pads or may need some coppergrease. The front discs could be rubbing against the backing plates. There could be something traapped there, a build up of scale on the disc or the plate might have been bent somehow. Also check the front wheel bearings for wear.
