- possess enough methamphetamines to sell them for consumption as a controlled substance, and
- possess the drug with the specific intent to sell it.
I don't know what the sentences are for this crime in California. I do know that sentences often are determined by a variety of factors. These include, but are not limited to, history (criminal), family (are you the provider for a child?) and was there anyone harmed in the crime. These are a few of the things that the judge may ask of you in court. If I were facing these charges, I would hire a lawyer who has experience in these matters.
