The fire will be put out.
what would happen if oxygen increased would probaly not be any more benefcial, because we survive off of oxygen and if it could be beneficial beacuse it could be more pressure in out body and we wouldnt be able to take all of that in.
If you did not have any oxygen you would die very soon.
Because when you blow on the coals you are adding oxygen to the fire and oxygen fuels a fire. A fire would simply go out without any oxygen. Because when you blow on the coals you are adding oxygen to the fire and oxygen fuels a fire. A fire would simply go out without any oxygen.
Fire needs the oxygen in the air. Any other source of oxygen would also sustain fire.
To get rid of a fire you need to break the fire tetrahedron. There are ways of doing this. Carbon dioxide could get rid of all the oxygen in the fire. If there wasn't any oxygen, there would be no fire and the fire would be extinguished.
upon lighting 1 cup of magnesium powder the combustion of the two would be so strong that you could light yourself on fire. In a controlled environment the magnesium would continue to burn until it has been starved of oxygen. i.e. if you put a lid on it the fire would burn up any oxygen in the container and the magnesium will dissipate.
Fire needs oxygen (O2), and when you pour CO2 on the flame, it replaces the oxygen, and the combustion in the flame can no longer happen. Kind of the same principle of why you can't breath underwater. You nor a flame can breath CO2 or water.
it would burn out in few seconds. if you take away the air, you also take away the oxygen in it (the air). and fire need oxygen to burn. simple explanation (sorry for bad spelling, I'm danish)
You have a stroke and die!!!!
Fire.
They get brighter because fire uses oxygen to burn. Fire needs oxygen heat and fuel. Without any of these you will have no fire. So blowing more oxygen into a fire will make it stronger.
Any gas will put out a fire except for oxygen or an oxidant.
