You will more than likely have Children's Services called on you and there will be an investigation. You could have your children removed from your home or you could be accused of child endangerment.

no specific age, but if your planning on leaving your child in a car, your an awful parent
From my understanding, a parent can leave their child or children home alone at any age, as long as they think they are mature enough to handle it. Basically, there is not a law in Ohio about leaving a child alone. However, in the instance that something was to happen while the child or children were alone, then something would be done legally.
In Maryland, the minimum age of leaving a child home alone is 8 years. Depending on the maturity of the child, I'd say that a 12 year old can be left home alone for the daytime, but overnight, the child should be at least 15.
There is no legal age limit. There are only recommendations on the maturity of the child.
It depends on the child's age, but i think you can start leaving the alone at age 11.

No its not, leaving you're child at home is also child abuse. child abuse is like you're parent beating you up it is illegel
Am not really sure, but if you happen to see a child in a car unattended call the policeimmediately in cases such as that Child Protective Services will get involved, and authorities will file charges under "Willful harm to a child" MORE Yes, in CA we do have laws about leaving children alone in the car. Contact the police.
That would depend on the child's ability to care for himself or herself, it's just the same as leaving any other child alone for the night, if he or she in intelligent enough to care for him or herself then it's fine. I wouldn't recommend leaving a child at a young age alone for the night though no matter whether they did or didn't have the condition.
well 2 have been caught in Calfornia alone in just this week!

From a risk standpoint an ADHD intellectually handicapped 11 year old should not be left at home alone unless the care-professionals are sure he or she is competent. It is unlikely this child would be safe to be left alone. Remember that regardless of what age the law may specifify, they will also evaluate the child's mental capacity, should anything happen while the child is alone. So make sure the child -- any child -- can handle an emergency before ever leaving them alone.

No you should never leave a young child alone!! A child over the age of 10 should be left until it gets dark, and over 16s whenever. Hope this helps!
Yes. Utah Criminal Code Title 76 Chapter 10 Section 2202 "Leaving a child unattended in a motor vehicle". It is a class C misdemeanor to leave a child younger than 9 years old alone in a car.
There isn't a set age at which you can leave your child alone, but it is a crime to leave a child if doing so puts them at risk. It is up to the police and social services to decide, on a case by case basis, as to whether there was any risk to the child.
