So, when a person tries to stop drinking caffeine (soda, coffee, whatever) the brain returns to the original size. The layer of muscle tissue DOESN'T! This is why people who drink caffeine a lot get headaches when they try to stop.
Soft drinks are often very high in sugar and acid, which are both very bad for your teeth. Drinking loads can also contribute to weight-gain.
