Unless you are very confused, you know that a trust deed is what some states call a mortgage. A voluntary surrender, if done carefully and probably with a lawyer's help, can result in the mortgage being terminated with no further liability to you. The tricky part is to make sure there is no tax liability on your part due to the cancellation of the balance due on the note.
What happens? the bank forecloses of course. The fact that the house is in a trust doesnt change anything.
Not on your nellie!
Foregoing: waiver of salary by an employee is called foregoing of salary. Since income under the head 'Salaries' is taxable on accruel or reciept, whichever comes earlier, the entire amount foregone will be taxable in the hands of employee. Eg: an employee directs his employer to give his salary to a charitable trust. The amound given to charitable trust is taxable in the hands of employee. Surrender: If an employee surrender his salary to the central government under the Voulantary surrender of salaries act 1961, the tax on such amound surrenderd need not be paid.

You have to have a trust (which can be set up in a will) and you have to identify what the trust is to be used for.
i dont know but there is a very nice hymn that goesAll to Jesus I surrender; All to Him I freely give;I will ever love and trust Him,In His presence daily live.Refrain:I surrender all,I surrender all;All to Thee, my blessed Savior,I surrender all.We should surrender our life to the Lord
Unconditional surrender is absolute trust. It starts with acceptance of whatever happens in our life. That is the first surrender, surrender to the law of Karma, whatever unfolds is the reaction of our own past actions. We surrender to that without any question, trusting the law. Then comes surrender to what will be, when we hand over our life, our future, unconditionally. That is Divine unconditional surrender. We live without fear, or worry like a feather that surrenders to the air, like a leaf tossed on a river. So we must surrender.
That depends on whether or not the person you are deciding to trust is trustworthy.
