If you took in absolutely no calories at all, say starving yourself. Your body would enter a catabolic state and start extracting nutrient from your fat deposits and muscles. This most in all probability result in loss of energy and strength. In the extreme cases your brain function will slow down, you'll have trouble concentrating and eventually die.
