You would not have any extracellular enzymes! The first protein modification would not be done in the ER and further modification, and most importantly, vesicle shipping to the extracellular matrix would not be preformed by the Golgi body.
There will be no enzymes. They will not be able to exit the cell.
what will happen is that dna would be unsupported ,muscles and heart weight loss

Occurs at an organelle called golgi apparatus.
Golgi Apparatus
the endoplasmic reticulum
Endoplasmic Reticulum.
From the endoplasmic reticulum the protein would go to the Golgi apparatus.
Some glycoproteins are modified in the endoplasmic reticulum, but those assembled for extracellular export are modified in the Golgi apparatus.

Endoplasmic Reticulum.
It's either the Endoplasmic Reticulum or the ribosomes.
From the endoplasmic reticulum the protein would go to the Golgi apparatus.

The Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum sends the materials to the Golgi Apparatus
