When the gas filter is dirty and when the dirty gas goes to the engine for ingnation the gas will not burn properly thus affect the riding. The mileage becomes lesser. The engine will produce less power.
There are lots of things that can cause that. Bad gas, dirty fuel filter, dirty air filter, and a number of other things can cause it.
Possibly. Old gas can get gummy and that gum can certainly clog up a fuel filter.
The car might skip or jump when given gas if the gas has water in it or if your fuel lines have air in them. This problem is not uncommon when a gas filter is clogged or dirty.
It will greatly reduce the fuel economy for your car. The dirty air filter restricts air flow, so when it is combined with the gas, it's mostly gas-rich. It's fairly cheap and simple to replace, so this is something you should do yearly.
A plugged/dirty fuel filter, A plugged/dirty air filter, A plugged up catalytic converter, A tune up needed.
this occur, when the filter is dirty or there is not enough gas in the car, or a defective fuel pump.
Dirty air filter? Dirty fuel filter? Plugged catalytic converter? number 1... it's not a car... number 2... try giving it a little gas when you go up the hill
Depending on the type of car/truck, carburetor/injected, gas/diesel.... I would look at fuel filter, linkage, fouled plugs, totally dirty air cleaner. Those are the easiest items to check from there electronics, timing is way off, vacuum issues, fuel pump etc.
Dirty fuel filter.
The car will run different then normal. More gas or fuel will be burned. It's recommend to clean them every month to 2 months
no spark, no gas getting to cylinder, dirty carb, dirty fuel filter, wrong fuel/air mix on carb to name a few, dirty air filter....
Probably a dirty fuel filter.
