If you are in a browser, it will reload the current page.

the refresh button is on top of your screen where you type in things to search them, which is called a web browser/a desc, if you go all the way to right on that big bar on top of the screen should be an arrow rotating.(it should look like its rotating, its not actually rotating) click that and, then there your page is reloaded. On the title bar, click on the arrow, click on "customize quick access toolbar". In the button selecter thing, scroll down to "Macros" and press the "Add>>" button. Click OK. Now on the title bar there will be a new macros button. Click on it. Name it something random. Click run, and a new window popups up. On the menu, press insert, then userform. To debug, select the userform and press F5.
