If by better you mean easier, I would have to say Fiber Based products. Keeps your stool firm but soft at the same time. I would eat a lot of cereal and stay away from the iron-based products.

Fiber one cereal fiber bars and yogurt, prunes, plums, coffee, beans, fiber gummies, muralax, bennifiber, drinking lots of water, any fruit :)

well it just naturally happens but if you eat somethig soft or anything like that, it will help it go out faster.
