Where is it
.....the downloads folder.
A file folder would help you get organized; you'll never lose an important document again. You can pick one up from any office supply store. I have a portable one that has done wonders for me.
There is no applications folder in Vista. However, you can find a folder called 'program files' in your windows partition. In program files, you can find your applications.
When a broken folder/sad face folder appears on a Mac it means the Mac can not find the start-up system folder.

you go to the users folder, then go into your folder, then go to library then application support and then minecraft
You spam folder is in your email. You can usually find it under the inbox folder.
They go to the screenshots folder in the .minecraft folder. Click "Start" and search for "Run". Type in %appdata% and press enter. Find the .minecraft folder and look for the screenshots folder.
It's the System folder. But if you are looking for windows/dos commands you'll find them in the Command folder
Where x is anything that has been created by someone for gmod: Go to http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/ and search x; then, find an appealing result; then, download it; if the folder of the downloads contains info.txt, find the addons folder for gmod and put the folder you downloaded into the folder you found; otherwise, follow the instructions that should be somewhere in the downloaded folder; if there are no instructions in the downloaded folder, you're screwed as far as I know.
The Accessories folder is located within the Start menu, under "All Programs".
