Just to be safe I would not do it only because a 32bit and a 64bit run on entirely different functions.
If you are running one of these Windows XP version - XP Home, XP Pro, XP Media Center or XP Tablet PC Edition version 2002 (or Media Center 2004) you have a 32bit version. At present the 64bit Editions of Windows are packaged with 64 Bit computers so they have the name '64-Bit Edition' or 'x64 Professional' rather than just XP Home or XP Pro. If you don't know what XP version you're running, right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties". On the "General" tab you'll see SYSTEM: and your version will be shown.
Only with 32bit not 64bit
