Both can be given to women by children whether you give birth to them, or adopt them. breatfeed, play with, sing to, and use her breasts and nipples to play with your birth children, and do the same things for your adopted children. The more you love and play with children, the better your time togehter with them will be! Oh, and don't forget the same rituals for older and adult children as well!
