when a resistor is connected in a circuit it drop some voltage across it.when a circuit have large input voltage then by using a resistor of suitable value we get the desired voltage.
The TBA820 is a 2 watt general purpose amplifier integrated circuit, not a resistor.
you better not. you need a 9V regulator for this, not a resistor!
A malfunctioning blower motor resistor will cause the blower motor not to work. When the resistor is bad the blower motors will not turn on.
You need a conductor, power source and a resistor. You need a conductor, power source and a resistor. You need a conductor, power source and a resistor.
A LDR or light dependant resistor is a resistor that works when light is not shining on it, so if there is light on it it will not resist a current, you can also get them to work the other way.
The blower motor resistor has failed. The blower motor resistor has failed.
its the blower resistor.
It could be due to a faulty resistor in the blower motor circuit. The resistor regulates the speed of the blower motor, and if it malfunctions, the high speed setting may not work properly. It would be best to have a mechanic inspect and replace the resistor if necessary.
That's a two-part question: The resistor is located behind the glovebox--you'll see it once the glovebox is removed. Even if the resistor is burned out, the blower should still work with the dial on the highest setting--the resistor controls the flow of current for settings 1, 2, and 3 on the dial. If the blower doesn't work at all, it's more than the resistor causing problems. If the heat doesn't work in colder weather, the thermostat may be bad. --IB
The blower motor speed resistor is burned out. The high speed function bypasses the resistor. The speed resistor is generally located near to the blower motor.
blower motor won't work
It works by sending the current through a resistor. As you twist the dimmer switch it changes the length of the resistor and the longer the resistor the more it inhibits the current. So at full brightness the resistor has been totally bypassed as you turn the light down the contact moves further around the resistor making it longer.
