Both have good workouts, although if you mix both of them and mix the workouts you do it can help your body better.
They are not the sane level as much as they completely focus on. Believe me, after doing Insanity, the p90X workout will seem easy. As for the push-ups they are difficult in Insanity because they are part of the intense cardio. Things aren't done in sets as in P90X; everything comes much more rapidly during Insanity. There are not really more push-ups but imagine doing push-ups as part of the routine in P90X. And P90X is the reason I was able to do Insanity at all! I recommend doing the Insanity workout at least once, even if just to say you did it.
Look into Buying P90x or Insanity.

I have personally finished both programs p90x and the Insanity. I truly loved both of them and will continue to implement both of them to my daily life. Now to answer your question... The p90x is much more suitable for a sixteen year old, the p90x offers three different levels to accomplish your goals. ie easy, medium and hard. The Insanity does not offer the variety that the p90x does. Good luck, and be ready to dedicate yourself, this workout is by no means easy. Jamie

P90x Insanity Rushfit For first timer I'd suggest Rushfit or P90x. All of them are great though I'd suggest Rushfit to all as it has different workout for different experienced people.

It really depends on what you're looking for. Insanity is pure cardio and plyometrics (Jump Training) and focuses on creating a leaner body. It is easier and I have found that it is known to produce faster but less drastic results. P90x WILL give you a ripped body if you eat less than your BMR (Calories burned by just resting) and really push yourself during the workouts. I myself do I hybrid of the two, replacing the Non-strength workouts of P90x, starting during the first recovery week. I received awesome results but the fact of the matter is, as long as you bring it, either workout will be effective.
Yes. There definitely is. You could try things such as P90X which is a home program where you can buy discs and you watch them. Another example of that is INSANITY. Which is just like P90X. Trying to get a personal trainer also can help.
The program Insanity does work. This work out program is for people that is ready to stick with it.
You can be trained to military Fitness standards using a Fitness program such as P90X or Insanity which have given workouts that military personnel do as well.
