What worse for your health weed or alcohol?

if u mean physical difference the answer is one of them is a liquid and the other is a plant.

if u mean wats the difference between the respective high u get from them the differances are many,

1. alcohol gets u drunk weed gets u stoned

2. wen ur drunk u can slur ur words maybe fall over maybe become aggressive and maybe become loud and obnoxious. wen ur stoned most of the time u just feel tired and relaxed, maybe sleepy very lazy and a million miles from loud aggressive and obnoxious.

It really depends. Tobacco effects health and fitness more, whereas alcohol is good for you if not drunk in excess. For example, If somebody smoked 20 cigarettes and drunk two pints of lager a day, the smoking would effect them more as they are not drinking in excess, and his health/fitness would suffer more than his quality of lifestyle, however if somebody smoke 60 cigarettes and drunk a full bottle of scotch per day, the excessive drinking would effect them a lot more and have a lot more consequences than the smoking.

Physically, I would say alcohol as well. Socially , both can be a problem. Drunk drivers are a huge danger, but if you're 30 and still in your Mom's basement , put that doobie down and get moving !
