Old televisions have very little value. This is especially true since now TV is broadcast in HD.
the price mostly. sometimes the model number will vary slightly which means one TV will have maybe and extra HDMI port or a different stand, but the insides are the same.
It depends upon the size and model. Each LCD TV manufacture has average and above average televisions. You really need to compare the features of each model in the size you are interested in.

RGB is the color model used to display color on televisions and video monitors. It is a mixture of light, as opposed to a printed image which is a mixture of ink. It is more important to understand how RGB works, and when to use this color model.

The price of a 19" Motorola Quasar color television set, chassis model TS-929, was US $429.95 plus tax at Sears and Roebuck in late 1970. I still have the receipt for the set I purchased. On my set, an operational unit which I still own and occasionally use, on the upper left corner, is printed, on an aluminum decal: "MOTOROLA/Quasar Colorviewer".
Your best bet is to go to the Quasar web site and look up the codes for your model and plug them into the remote. If that doesn't work, chances are the remote is not compatible with your set. But don't go running out to buy a new remote. Most of them have an auto-programming mode and can usually find most any piece of equipment it is aimed at. wjs1632
You can find the Quasar TV Combo operating manual on the Panasonic website under operating manuals--type in the model number and it will pull up the entire manual on adobe acrobat...but here's the answer in short...Hold down the STOP/EJECT botton for 7 seconds during stop or power off mode--this same action will also turn the VCR lock back on so that your kids (or yourself) can't use the vcr!
Quasar formation is associated with the big bang. The big bang is the model of how the universe was formed.

Actual televisions won't be affected by the digital signal change. What matters is what reception tool is used (e.g. cable, satellite, antennae). Television antennae will not work when all television is transmitted using digital signal. If you have cable or satellite though, you have nothing to worry about.
