The US Military might not have the same judicial system as Canada, but
here the most common cause would be an AWOL.
There is no "Sr. Corporal" in the US military.. I'm guessing you're referring to the Canadian military. And the rank is not higher than a Captain. Would really like to know where you got that idea from.
For the U.S. Army this would be the rank of Corporal.
You should address a Lance Corporal by their rank, either as "Lance Corporal" or by using their last name followed by "Lance Corporal." For example, you could say "Lance Corporal Smith" or simply "Lance Corporal." It is important to show respect and use proper military courtesy when addressing service members.
A Corporal is a noncommissioned officer, whereas a Specialist is not. Unlike other NCO ranks (such as Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, etc.), promotions to Corporal don't have to be DA approved (although they can be), since it's considered a lateral promotion, with no changes made to pay. Thus, one can be promoted laterally from Specialist to Corporal at unit level, or even be "Corporal for a day" if the unit needs an NCO for Charge of Quarters or Staff Duty, after which, they would be "demoted" back to Specialist.
That would depend on why you were demoted. If it was due to the workers comp alone it would be illegal, if it was for any other reason it would be normal business.
Corporal means to be relating to, or effecting the body. An example sentence would be: She has many corporal concerns.
I would say that if you're Canadian, you should support your own troops by joining the Canadian military, and if you're British you should join the British Forces.
Students who plagiarise from the Internet should be subject to corporal punishment.
That depends of the context of the question. If he was a member of the US army and served with Canadians, he would wear an American uniform. If he was an American and he joined the Canadian military, he would wear a Canadian uniform.
I am not Canadian, but the use of the term "Canadian Forces" implies that you are referring to the Canadian Military. If that is the case, the US F.B.I. is in no way connected to the US Military and the two would not be similar.
This corporal was Adolf Hitler.
The next rank below that is Lieutenant Colonel. Below that is Major. Below that is Captain. Below that is First Lieutenant, and below that is Second Lieutenant. That's the Army, Marine Corps, and Air Force.
