That depends on the size, the type of glass, and if the test tube has an special features - such as threading at the top to allow a screw cap to be screwed on...

With that said, a typical price for the test tubes you usually see is around $1/each for a 14 ml Pyrex test tube. I've seen really cheap ones for less than half that when bought in bulk and some specialty ones that were over $5/each.
